Free Clinic of Meridian Inc

The Free Clinic of Meridian provides free, high-quality medical care to uninsured adults in East Mississippi and West Alabama who earn less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare. The clinic serves more than 1,300 neighbors across Mississippi’s Lauderdale, Kemper, Neshoba, Clarke, Newton, and Jasper counties, as well as Sumter and Choctaw counties in Alabama.

As a nonprofit organization, The Free Clinic of Meridian receives no state or federal operating funds. Our mission continues through the generosity of community partners and donors like you.

This Giving Day, help us provide uninsured patients with the supplies, education, and medication needed to manage diabetes safely and prevent serious complications.

Your gift can provide:

• $100 — Diabetes Starter Kit: Provides a glucose meter, testing supplies, safety items, foot-care supplies, and educational resources.

• $150 — Monthly Diabetes Maintenance Kit: Provides insulin and appropriate monthly supplies, such as syringes or pen needles, lancets, test strips, and other items based on the patient’s individual treatment plan.

• Any Amount: Helps purchase essential diabetes supplies for patients in need.

Every kit and monthly supply package is personalized to meet the patient’s medical needs and is provided with education and support from The Free Clinic of Meridian.
